Prices for products displayed in the online store are stated in euros and include 25.5% VAT.
We reserve the right to make changes to product information, prices, product range, and delivery terms in order to continue developing our online store. If there are obvious errors in the price or product information on the site, we are not obligated to deliver products according to the incorrect information.
The order agreement is formed when you pay for the product. An order confirmation will be sent by email to the email address provided with the order.
Orders are delivered by post to your home or to the nearest post office in Finland. We ship paid products within one week (normally within 2 days) of the order. All products displayed in our online store are available in our warehouse. The standard delivery fee is €4.90; if you choose home delivery for your parcel, the price is €12.90. Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge, so the customer does not pay postage for their order when products are delivered as a postal parcel. If you choose home delivery, postage costs will be added to the price.
The payment transaction service provider and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For payments made with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard cards, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card statement and transfers the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.
All products have a 14-day exchange or return right. Product returns are made at the customer’s expense, for example using Posti services.
The returned product, accessories, and product packaging must be in their original condition; otherwise, we will deduct at least 25% from the returned product price as compensation for damages.
We do not accept products returned cash on delivery. For resending an uncollected parcel, we will charge the parcel delivery costs of €9.80 (plus weight-based fee).
The payment transaction service related to online banking payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user’s perspective, the service works just like traditional online payment.
With the Collector Invoice/Installment service, you can pay for your purchases up to €2,000. With Collector Invoice, you get an interest-free* payment period of at least 30 days and up to 60 days.
The invoice is due for payment on the last day of the calendar month following the purchase date. (*Payment period interest is 0%; a €2.95 invoicing fee is added to the first invoice)
You can pay the entire remaining amount on the due date or, if you wish, you can choose 1–36 month installment payments. Installment payment starts automatically after you pay the minimum installment amount indicated on the invoice. If you wish, you can also pay larger installments or pay off the entire remaining amount at once.
The installment interest rate is 1.6% per month, which corresponds to a 19.20% nominal annual interest rate. An account management fee of €2.95 per month is added to the invoice, making the effective annual interest rate 21.3% calculated on a €1,000 purchase.
When you choose Collector Invoice/Installment, you always receive your ordered products at home before paying for them. This provides flexibility and security in handling exchanges and returns.
Collector Invoice/Installment can be used by a person who is at least 20 years old and has a clean credit record. We perform a credit check when placing the order. Late payments and unpaid invoices will be charged a €5 reminder fee and 1.6% monthly interest for the overdue period.
